Toyota Aygo 2014-2021 Car Radio with CarPlay & Android Auto

Toyota Aygo 2014-2021 car radio with CarPlay and Android Auto

Upgrade your Toyota Aygo from model years 2014 to 2021 with a modern aftermarket car radio system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The unit gives the car a more up-to-date multimedia experience with navigation, music, hands-free calls, messages and compatible apps directly on the touchscreen.

This car radio is not an ordinary universal radio. The model is made specifically for the Toyota Aygo from 2014 to 2021, so the frame, cables and fit are, as a starting point, adapted to the car, provided the car’s original radio fascia and existing setup match this model. This gives a more integrated solution in the dashboard and makes installation more straightforward compared with a universal car radio.

With wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto you can connect your iPhone or Android phone without a cable. You can use Google Maps, Apple Maps, Spotify, phone calls, messages and other compatible apps, among other things, directly via the screen.

Supported model

Modern multimedia upgrade for your Toyota Aygo

The Toyota Aygo from 2014 to 2021 is a compact and economical city car, but the original infotainment system can feel limited compared with newer solutions. With this aftermarket car radio you get modern smartphone integration and easy access to the functions you use most while driving.

Navigation can be shown directly on the screen via, for example, Google Maps or Apple Maps, while music and podcasts can be played through Spotify and other compatible services. You can also make hands-free calls and use compatible smartphone functions via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

This gives your Toyota Aygo a more modern multimedia experience and makes the system well suited to everyday city driving, commuting and longer trips.

Product specifications

Important to know before buying

This car radio is made for compatible Toyota Aygo models from 2014 to 2021. The frame, cables and fit are, as a starting point, adapted to the car, but there may be differences in the original radio fascia, connectors and other equipment depending on model year, trim level and previous modifications.

Important: Functions such as steering wheel controls and the original reversing camera may require manual DIY work on the car’s wiring and connections to work properly with this model.

If it is a requirement that the car’s original reversing camera and steering wheel controls must work together with the new car radio, this model is therefore primarily recommended for customers who have their own experience with electrics, cable routing and car electronics, or who are able to have a mechanic or other professional carry out the installation and the necessary adaptations.

If you want a more plug-and-play solution, where steering wheel buttons and the original reversing camera are expected to work without manual adaptation of wires or connections, we do not recommend this model.

The car radio’s basic functions such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation and music are separate from the integration with the car’s original steering wheel controls and factory-fitted reversing camera. It is therefore possible that these OEM functions require additional work, even though the car radio itself works correctly.

Please also check that the car’s existing radio fascia and connectors match the product’s design before ordering.

If you are in doubt about compatibility, you can send a picture of the car’s current radio and dashboard to hello@carradioexpert.ie, and we will help you check the model.

If you want to install the car radio yourself, you can send an email to hello@carradioexpert.ie, and we will find a relevant installation guide for you.

If you are not comfortable fitting the unit yourself or carrying out the necessary wiring adaptations, we recommend professional installation. You can consult a local mechanic or car electrician.
