On this page you will find our general terms and conditions for all purchases and for use of this website.

ORDERS
When you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order; if we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment in full.

The estimated delivery time frames are as follows: as a rule, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday)

All prices on this website are in EUR (€).

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs 5 €.

If you order for over 99 €, we offer free shipping.

PAYMENTS
All payments are made via a secure SSL connection.

PAYMENT METHODS

VISA/MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY, KLARNA AND PAYPAL

When you pay by credit card, we charge the amount to your card after the purchase.

You can also pay with Apple Pay, Klarna or PayPal. When paying with Klarna, Klarna’s own terms also apply.

DELIVERY
The delivery time is stated for each product on the website. If you order several items, the item with the longest delivery time determines when you receive your complete order.

Delivery takes 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday), and is delivered by DHL.

We always strive to deliver on time, but if your shipment should be delayed, we will always do our best to keep you updated on its status. If delivery is significantly delayed, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the e-mail address at the bottom of the page.

All returns are handled by us. Write to us and we will send you a return label. We pay the return shipping.

Please pack the item securely so that it is not damaged in transit.

When you exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. This also includes standard shipping costs and fees charged for the original shipment from our warehouse to your address. We also arrange and pay for the return shipment. We do not cover the cost of re-sending an order that was not collected from the parcel shop.

LEGAL GUARANTEE
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against faults that were present at the time of delivery.

If the product or cables are altered, modified in any way, damaged or similar by the customer themselves, e.g. cutting the frame, bending the frame or cutting the cables, faults caused by this are not covered.
