Subaru Forester (SH) / Impreza car radio with CarPlay & Android Auto

Upgrade your Subaru Forester (SH) or Impreza from model years 2007 to 2013 with a modern aftermarket car radio system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The unit gives the car a more contemporary multimedia experience with navigation, music, calls, apps and entertainment directly on the screen.

This car radio is not an ordinary universal radio. The model is made for the Subaru Forester (SH) and Impreza from 2007 to 2013, so the frame, cables and fit are designed around the car as standard, provided the car’s radio fascia and existing setup match this model. This gives a neater integration in the dashboard and makes installation more straightforward compared with a fully universal solution.

With wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto you can easily connect your iPhone or Android phone and use the most important functions while driving. You can use Google Maps, Apple Maps, Spotify, phone calls, messages and compatible apps, among other things, directly via the screen.

Supported model

• Subaru Forester (SH) 2007-2013
• Subaru Impreza 2007-2013

Variants

The car radio is available in two variants, so you can choose between an affordable solution for the most important modern features or a more powerful model with faster performance, better sound and better call quality.

Modern multimedia upgrade for your Subaru Forester/Impreza

Subaru Forester (SH) and Subaru Impreza from 2007 to 2013 are solid cars, but the original radio can feel limited compared with newer infotainment systems. With this aftermarket car radio you get a modern upgrade that brings your phone’s most important functions together on the car’s screen.

You can use navigation directly on the screen, play music from your favourite apps, make hands-free calls and use compatible apps via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This makes the radio suitable for daily driving, commuting, family trips and longer drives, where you want better access to navigation, music and calls.

Important to know before buying

This Subaru Forester/Impreza car radio is made for the supported models, so the cables, frame and fit are designed around the car as standard. This gives a more integrated solution than a universal car radio and makes installation more straightforward.

Please note, however, that in some cases there may be deviations in fit, frame, connectors, cables or the car’s existing setup. This can depend on the car’s model year, trim level, previous modifications, original radio fascia or market-specific differences.

If you want to install the car radio yourself, you can send an email to hello@carradioexpert.ie, and we will find a relevant installation guide for you.

If you are not comfortable installing the unit yourself, we recommend getting help with the installation. You can consult a local mechanic if you want professional installation.
